We are looking for enthusiastic wanting to learn whilst working people to work as a carpenter in the construction industry. 

Skills:

A positive attitude: Being positive and respectful of others.

Willing to learn new skills: Increasing learning skills in your trade properly with new technologies, tools and construction methods.

Communication: Knowing how to write, speak and listen, these skills will help with daily ordering supplies, recording, measurements or talking to co workers.

Work alongside co workers/as a team: Construction projects require people to work well together as a team to deliver quality work safely on time and also helps build trust with your co workers and employer.

Self Management: Being responsible for yourself, completing work tasks in time well.

Critical Thinking: The ability to think through to avoid mistakes and get good results.

Hardworking: Hard work and physical tasks are part of working in construction, staying fit helps you cope with the demands in the industry life on the job.

Willing to do a Health and safety site course

Safety Shoes and Tools needed.
