Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for providing a seamless service and ensuring the utmost satisfaction for our guests. The successful candidate will have:

· A passion for service delivery and hospitality

· Previous Senior Level Food & Beverage experience in a fine dining environment (Relais & Chateau experience will be a significant advantage)

· A minimum of 3 years relevant experience

· Hospitality specific training / qualifications

· Beverage (including cocktails) knowledge and expertise

· Knowledge & the ability to train and grow a team · Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management Systems

· Strong & effective communication skills

· Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic setting

· Exceptional organisational skills and proven experience with managing successful events

· Flexibility and maturity in approach

· Impeccable personal grooming

· And a winning personality, with the ability to surprise and delight our guests!

This is a unique role and one that differs greatly from a typical hotel Supervisor role. High energy levels, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are critical to your success.
