This is full time work position which includes working evenings and you will find a challenging and very rewarding role. The right person will enjoy developing a team, implementing procedures and delivering and top service to our customers. Availability to work in shifts including weekends.
Take responsibility for the business performance and operations of the cafe.
Manage financials and ensuring guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
Recruiting, training and motivation staff.
Checking stock level and ordering supplies.
Maintain good customer services and respond to customer complaints.
Organizing marketing activities and promotional offers to increase sales.
Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required.
Ensuring the cafe complies with council health and safety regulations ideally you will have the following attributes.

Must have qualification of business management New Zealand.
Must have duty manager licence.
Must have hospitality or service industry experience.
