The Senior Sales Representative will be performing multiple tasks- enhancing team performance by planning delivery of solutions, training and mentoring new team members, process improvement, market research, meeting sales targets and providing feedback on market trends to the Team Sales Manager. Responsibilities: Achieve sales and customer acquisitions through the activity of door to door Preparing sales reports Develop clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers. Assist team with customer service complaints and after sales service Providing support with recruitment and initial screening of potential Sales Representatives Managing self and team compliance, presentation and professionalism as per Fair Value and client standards Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years experience in face to face sales Previous experience in people management, training and developing staff preferred.
