Plate Solutions offers a full range of steel plate cutting/processing solutions to customers.

We are currently looking to have an Internal Salesperson to join our busy & diverse Sales team.

This role is focused on customer service and technical duties which has plenty of potential advancements within the company. 

What you’ll be doing

• Internally maximizing phone sales by offering our full product and service range.

• Provide superior customer service: including pre - sales technical assistance and after sales support.

• Actively liaising with customers and ensuring requirements are met as to our high standards.

• Quoting and pricing projects

• Market analysis and research

• Processing required paperwork and administration duties.

• Communicating efficiently with other members of the team ensuring efficient operations

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven internal sales, customer service & computer skills.

• Sales experience preferred, especially steel sales!

Steel processing or plate background, and/or mechanical or CADCAM diploma helpful

• A high level of administration skills

• AUTOCAD experience helpful and solid computer aptitude and skills.

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Hardworking, strong drive and willing to learn.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
