The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm on a fixed full time employment for 2 months within our Roofing Manufacturing Environment 

About the role: This is a customer service administration role with a bit extra “engaging with our customers via telephone, e-mail, and walk-ins! Posted at our front desk, this role focuses on delivering excellent sales and administration which will be achieved with your communication/ tech savvy administration and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing:

• Customer support as the first point of contact for all customers through phone calls, e-mails, walk-ins and process their queries.
• Logging orders in the ERP system “NetSuite”
• Liaise with the sales, production, and dispatch team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide customer support, processing customers’ queries and requests.
• General administration duties around the office
• Completions of work

Ideal candidate is someone who has the following skills:

• Attention to detail is key.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Office skills administration and Microsoft office/excel – Intermediate to advance level.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Proven customer service, administration, or sales experience
• Resilience – someone who does not get flustered easily when dealing with contractors and builders.
