Sales & Service Administrator

Job Description

This is a demanding and fast-paced role where you will be engaging with our customers via telephone, e-mail and walk-in. Delivering excellent sales, administration and customer service support to the team will be your goal and will be achieved with your amazing communication and problem-solving skills!

What you will be doing:

  • Providing customer support - being the first point of contact for customers through phone calls, e-mails and walk-ins
  • Entering customer’s orders
  • Liaising with the sales, production and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Resolving any issues/ or escalating to Team Leader/ Branch Manager
  • Completions of work orders

To be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  • Proven customer service, administration or sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience – someone who does not get flustered easily when dealing with contractors and builders
  • Intermediate admin/computer skills
  • Roofing background and/or understanding of the construction industry is preferred, but training can be provided to suitable candidates
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • High attention to detail
