Our main office and depot is in Otahuhu.

We are currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our Auckland team. You will have full responsibility for Health and Safety across the group which includes an occasional trip to Christchurch.

Some of the responsibilities attached to this role are:

  • Undertaking regular internal and field audits, as well as champion external audits.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor our people on safe Health & Safety practices Develop, review, and maintain safety documents, policies and registers.
  • Prepare H&S tender documentation Manage sub-contractor documentation and compliancy on our projects Investigate and report on incidents where necessary

To be successful in this role, you’ll have held a similar role and ideally have the following experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in H&S Familiarity with Legislation and ISO standards
  • Some industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Able to connect with people from different backgrounds in a professional and ethical manner
  • Ability to create, implement and improve SOP’s, JSA’s policies and procedures
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel
  • Full clean NZ license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug test
