We are seeking for a reliable skilled and self-motivated professionals to join our team in the position of Duty Manager. They will be responsible for the operation of the store and will provide excellent customer service. You’ll need to be able to handle the pressure that comes with a face-paced kitchen environment, and have experience in the hospitality industry. If you think you’re up to the challenge and can undertake the following duties well then we will still consider you! Duties include:
- Overseeing staff (first and foremost) Managing food budgets
- Stock Orders, Dealing with Customer complaints and Staff Issues. Implementing Health & Safety procedures and Food & Safety Overseeing marketing and the execution of the famous Hell campaigns; Serving customers and preparing pizzas To be considered for this position you MUST have: A tertiary qualification in business or management is required. At least 1 year minimum of relevant work experience and knowledge of the fast food / pizza industry. Have the ability and responsibility to manage all restaurant operations.
