Assist in the smooth running of the Brew Bar and Market Table Bar • Complete opening and closing procedures for bar areas • Ensure bar procedures are staying consistent • Keep the bar appearance clean and tidy inside and out • Complete detailed weekly cleaning of bar equipment • Barista - Able to make coffees consistent with the Tantalus standards • Arrive to work on time and have bar setup before preshift • Inform a manager immediately of any customer concerns/complaints • Inform the Bar Manager or Supervisor when running low on products • Teamwork •  Help clean tables that are near the bar area, keeping it clean •  Help polish glasses
