Cellar Door Assistant Successful applicants will have experience in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the experience and qualification of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $22.00 - $28.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to: Setup and closedown of the tasting room General cleaning duties Conducting tastings at the bench or seated at table Point of sale and till operations Restocking the cellar door as required. Assisting customers with enquiries Upselling and cross-selling other areas of the business Conduct group tastings. Conduct tours and private tastings as required. Work towards personal sales targets and group sales targets.
