Spartan Construction is a Hamilton based civil construction company that has been trading since October 2005. We focus on Civil Construction projects, with emphasis on those that are multidisciplinary by nature, including structural, drainage, mechanical and electrical works. Spartan is fully committed to a process of continual improvement, ensuring that regular training for all our employees is undertaken in varying aspects of the construction industry. Our philosophy is that the success of any construction project is dependent on the calibre of the individual people involved, their performance within a team and the motivation to succeed as a team.

Qualifications & experience

Operate various excavators of different sizes. Class 1 Full license essential. Class 2 Full License essential for some machines. WTR Endorsement. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Reliable punctual and respectful. Physically fit strong hardworking and reliable. Honest and a great team player.

Tasks & responsibilities

Spartan Construction is seeking OPERATORS with experience in drainage and earthworks to join our well established Waikato-based civil construction company. The successful applicant will initially be based in the Greater Waikato Region, so having the flexibility to travel. Own transport is a must!
