The Company

Southfresh Limited, based in Upper Moutere Nelson, produces premium high-quality pre-packaged salad products for restaurants and supermarkets for year-round consumption. Southfresh Limited is a vertically integrated organisation as it grows, harvests, processes, and finally packages the produce ready for distribution to the company's supermarket and restaurant clients. The salad produce is grown in multiple locations in the greater Nelson area, with the post-harvest processing factory centralised at the Upper Moutere factory.

The Job

Southfresh Limited is a 52 week per year producer of green salad varieties and has several job vacancies for all interested people. Southfresh provides an opportunity to work for a progressive and successful company. The team member opportunities now available are in the following areas; • Planting of the farm blocks. • Harvesting of the grown produce • Pre-production, washing and grading of the harvested produce. • Post-production packaging. Potential employees will require the following key attributes; • To be able to work as a team member. • Be able to follow the instructions of the team leaders. • Be willing to work in most weather conditions. • Have the physical attributes required for manual work.
