We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Guest Services to join our team. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, agility, and have an exceptional eye for detail. As this is a front line position in our customer service chain a high standard of personal grooming is key. To be successful you must be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a wider team.
Some of the key duties of the role include;
*Assisting with guest check-in and check-out
*Dealing with guest inquiries Hotel reservations
*Daily cashiering and other general Front Desk duties
*Managing the busy flow of reservations via telephone and email
*Communicate with Housekeeping, Porters, Kitchen regarding room allocations, VIP guests/rooms, special requests, room moves or changes
A minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar environment is a pre-requisite of the successful candidate, a formal Hospitality qualification is also desired.
