Maintenance Builder required. This role would Ideally suit an older person of 40 plus years who is able to work unsupervised. Attention to detail is a must and a broad range of different products and trades would be Ideal. We aren't worried about NZ qualifications all we ask is that you are safe, honest, reliable and have a current drivers license. We will take attitude over qualification any day. You would likely be tasked fixing small defects and the smaller odds and sods jobs. A vehicle and  tools are provided. We can offer full time work or a casual contract 2 to 3 days a week.
