JOB FUNCTIONS • Inspect the site before starting to the work to identify Hazards and minimize the risk. • Always use appropriate PPE’s on site before starting the work. • Select and procure appropriate materials to complete task on hand. • Install batts and other insulation materials, shock-absorbing, sound proofing and decorative paneling to ceilings and walls. • Must have a full driver's licence • Must be physically fit and willing to work hard • Must be able to work in confined spaces (subfloors, ceiling cavities etc) • Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously when required. • Undertake other duties as delegated by the site supervisor. • Employees are required to adhere and follow company handbook, house rules, company policies including Quality Assurance and Health and Safety. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Experience in construction, including insulation work. • Attention to details, efficient and accurate. OTHER REQUIREMENTS • New Zealand Drivers License. • Ability to read architectural drawing (desirable). • Ability to read job orders and work accordingly. • A Team Player with good communication skills.
