Precision Cleaning has been in the market for the past 11 years and we work with Commercial, Industrial and Construction cleaning throughout Auckland, we pride ourselves on the work we do and we aim to perfection.

Our business is growing and we are currently looking for 1 (one) reliable and diligent Team Leaders to join our team.

This position is to work as a Team Leader and it is a full time position, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 6:30am to 5pm), Saturdays also required, total hours varying between 30 to 40 hrs per week.

The candidate is required to have:

Supervising experience,

Customer service oriented Full and clean driver’s license,

Be able to work flexible hours,

Be eligible to work in NZ,

Pass a Drug Test and Police Clearance

Good command of English

Must have cleaning experience.

The Team Leader will be in charge of staff in many different sites throughout Auckland, supervising and working closely with the team, delegating tasks and being responsible for the quality of the work. You will also be in contact with clients on a daily basis.

This position is physically demanding so you will need to be fit.

In exchange, we offer a negotiable competitive rate ($20-$23 depending on the experience).

Plus company car with pick up from the yard in Eden Terrace. That means you still need to be able to drive your own vehicle to the yard.
