Job Description

Key responsibilities: Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the restaurant • Overall running and management of business • Ensuring that company policy standards are upheld • Ensure quality control and responsible for running shifts • Direct and motivate a team within a busy Restaurant • Correspond with suppliers and negotiate the price • Manage stock level, ordering and recording • Hold functions as per the customer’s requirements Requirements: • Diploma or higher qualification in Business or Management • Work experience in a supervisory or managerial position for 6-12 months in any sector • Require LCQ & Managers Certificate • Able to work independently and manage the business • Hold broad managerial skills to manage the work and staff in the business • Ability to multi-task and run the restaurant smoothly • Excellent knowledge of the NZ laws and regulations in NZ • Outgoing and engaging personality with great customer rapport • Able to train and motivate staff • Excellent level of communication We offer: • Congenial working environment • Competitive wages • Further motivation to excel your career
