Job Description


• Responsible for preparing and cooking Indian dishes as per the business requirements

• Required to plan and develop new menu

• In charge of running the Kitchen operations and oversee the kitchen team

• Maintain high standard of food, quality control and check

• Staffing, scheduling and training in the kitchen

• Ensure the food storage, preparation and service of foods meet the temperature guideline

• Monitoring and intending of store, issues and return

• Ensure the hygiene regulations and explain to the staff

• Able to follow the instructions of food control plan book from city council
