Sous Chef - The Tent Cafe Orewa
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the heart of sunny Orewa off Tamariki Avenue. As Sous Chef, we require someone with good knowledge and experience in developing sessional changing menus, ordering stock, managing cost controls, and overseeing the food safety plan.
This position is full-time work (30 - 40 hours), six days a week (Tuesday - Sunday).
We are closed Monday and all public holidays. We are also closed over the Christmas holidays. Competitive pay depending on your experience ($25 - $32 per hour)
