We are a NZ family business making uniforms universally accessible, giving everybody the opportunity to present their brand and image to its full potential. NZ Uniforms Tauranga are recruiting now. We cater to a wide range of school groups, including primary, intermediate and high school students. Applicants will be assisting customer on the shop floor and at the point of sale to help families find their schools correct uniform. Tasks and Duties: • Welcoming customers into store and provide helpful friendly service • Initiate conversation and run through desired schools official uniform checklist to make sure customers have the correct school uniform and are all set for term 1 • Assist customers with their final purchase at the register and maintain high attention to detail as items are processed • Inventory / Stock Management and merchandising • General Housekeeping Applicants will need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, and up to 40 hours per week. We operate 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Applicants will need to be available for Saturday shifts. Successful applicants will: • Be highly customer centric • Be able to relate to all walks of life • Have an approachable manor to customers • Be confident and not be afraid to inquire with customers on the shop floor to ensure that their needs are met • Express a bubbly, friendly and bright personality • Be proactive and will to exceed customer and company expectations Applicants will need to have: • Previous customer service experience • Have an excellent attention to detail • A passionate and diligent work ethic • Fantastic communication skills • Be well presented • Have a genuine passion for sales Successful applicants will be contacted an interview.
