We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a busy restaurant.

Starting time varies from 2pm to 6pm. Finishing time varies depending on the customers. (Mostly between 9pm ~10pm)

What you will do is

• Washing dishes
• Grill cooking
• Removing rubbish. 
• Unloading and putting away food and other supplies
• Cleaning all kitchen surfaces, including the floors and equipment
• Washing, peeling and chopping vegetables
• Preparing other food if needed such as making soup and salads
• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the kitchen’s facilities up to government and company sanitation standards.

 If you have knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene, and have skills preparing food and using kitchen equipment, that would be great.
