OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE Our busy Auto Glass outlet in Hastings needs an experienced Administrator to take the helm in the office. While the Glaziers are busy fixing and fitting windscreens we need someone to organize and run the office. The ideal applicant will be super-organized, calm under pressure and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, including accounts. Core duties will include, but not be limited to; ⦁ Answering phones, taking customer bookings (electronic diary system) and general assistance with enquiries ⦁ Support to the Glass technicians in the efficient running of the workshop ⦁ Accounts Receivable invoicing ⦁ Raising Purchase Orders as required, sourcing glass from suppliers ⦁ Stock Control ⦁ Month end accounting processes Start date to be negotiated but required as soon as possible to enable training to be undertaken.
