Job Description

We are a busy liquor store located in the North of Auckland . Our business is growing and expanding. We are now looking for an enthusiastic full-time Liquor Store Manager to join our team in North Shore. For the Store Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and controlling the overall operations of the store. Your duties will include but are not limited to Employing and training new staff, Operations management, Ordering and inventory management,budgeting, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining appropriate stock levels Customer service management,set the prices of products keeping in mind the product cost price and set retail prices for good profit margins, Marketing management, Like store advertisement, store promotions, Ensuring compliance with relative policies like council policy, safety policy and sale and supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

The applicant,

Must have a minimum of 3 years retail experience, including at least 2 years as a manager or relevant NZ tertiary qualification in business management/administration.

Must have LCQ certificate

Must have Current Manager’s certificate

Must have a clean New Zealand Driving Licence.

Must be Prepared to work on weekends.

Must be physically fit and healthy

Should have Outstanding management skills

Must be trustworthy and have a clean criminal history

Need to be capable to handle responsibilities during shift for store and staff

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
