Responsible for food preparation & cooking duties, such a baking, pastry cooking & butchery of food produced and delivered by the kitchen.
Prepare & cook breakfast and snacks in accordance with food safety plan and restaurant specifications & requirements.
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organised & hygienic in accordance with the property's food safety plan.
Notify Chef/Manager immediately of any issues as they arise and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist Chef with regular stock take.
Ensure correct food handling & food labeling procedures are followed in accordance with the property's food safety plan.
Ensure food produced adheres to company specifications & standards to minimise stock variances and maximise stock control.
Ensure customer service, both internal & external, is of the highest standards at all times.
Be familiar with all property emergency procedures & attend training as necessary.
