• Complete room cleans as per room allocation instructions received from management every morning, ensuring amenities are replenished and the room setup caters for the incoming guests
• Work in an efficient and productive manner to ensure that all tasks/rooms/services are completed in the allocated time • Attend morning briefings when required to
• Clean and maintain of equipment used during shift
• Deal with any cleaning issues raised by the hotel reception or guests
• Ensure the master key/swipe/band is secure at all times and adhering to the key sign in/out procedures
• Complete and sign accurate daily timesheet
• Notifying Managers of absences accurately and on time
• Carrying out any other duties as directed by your Manager/Supervisor
• Communication (orally and written) with owners, guests, contractors and all staff members must be in a professional and positive manner to foster a solid rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication.
• Assist Management in reporting all maintenance requirements.
