As a Placement Specialist you will sometimes have one of a kind problems to solve! You will love structure and processes. You crave order in your work and take pride in dotting all the 'i's' and crossing all the 't's' before going home for the day.

Your role at MedRecruit:

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for coordinating all logistics and documentation to facilitate the successful commencement and completion of doctor’s work placements.

You will develop and nurture meaningful relationships with our:

  • Doctors, by understanding their professional and lifestyle preferences and assisting them in navigating the documentation requirements and logistics of their work placements.
  • Hospitals/Health Services, by understanding their workforce regulatory requirements and assisting them to ensure all compliance legislation is met In doing so, you’ll position yourself as an expert in your market and provide an exceptional experience to the people we serve.

Some of your key tasks will also include:

  • Coordinating complex travel and accommodation arrangements across multiple placements.
  • Interpreting and managing the accurate completion of compliance and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintaining doctor and client records in line with legislative requirements.
  • Preparing final reports outlining details of work placements.

Working 40 hours per week, this full-time role will include a variety of weekday shifts, covering standard business hours across Australia (11:00- 19:30) and New Zealand (08:30 - 17:00).

  • Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service and support to others.
  • Experienced in working in a commercial environment, with direct exposure to clients.
  • Tertiary qualified.
