We are a privately-owned cleaning company with a reputation for exceptional quality, efficiency,professionalism. We offer residential and commercial cleaning services and promise to exceed expectations in very single time to ensure customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will have the ability to manage a team of cleaners to ensure our standard of work is of a high level. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). You may be required to work night shifts and a few weekends along the year. Salary:21,80. Responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing customer service procedures * Coordination and supervising teams of cleaners * Maintenance of rosters of cleaners *Arranging transportation of cleaning teams to and from work sites * Purchase and maintenance of stock * Ensuring consistent and hight standard of cleaning services * Ensuring health and safety at work sites * Handing on-site customer enquiries and complaints This role requires: * Must have at least three years' experience managing staff * Must have a can-do attitude, self-motivated,and resourceful * Must have excellent time management skills * Must have attention to detail * Must be reliable and punctual * Must be physically fit All candidates must have a clean police record.
