We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with extensive retail experience to join our team.
This role includes but not limited to:
Assisting the Store Manager with:
-leading sales and warehouse team
setting prices to meet KPIs
-Marketing to determine product mix and work with store layouts
-Managing local promotions and displays.
-Staff Rostering & training management,
-Receiving/dispatching deliveries if required.
-Customer Service, Enquiries, and complaint management
-Work well independently
– you will need to be highly organized and self-motivated and also work well within our close-knit team
-Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to see the business grow with your input
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail
-Empathy with our customers
-Extremely clear and professional phone communication
-Very customer service oriented

- Unflappable under pressure.
-Able to multi-task, juggling phones, and admin.
-Process and systems are driven. Efficient and effective!
-A good geographical knowledge of NZ -Upbeat personality
- Definite sense of humor.
-Ability to take a logical approach to problem-solving
-Recent/Previous experience in Retail Liquor, retail store management, and administration is compulsory
-You need to be physically fit as there will be some lifting involved.
-You must have a Duty Managers Certificate with at least 1-years or more of current liquor retail experience.
-Diploma or Degree in Business as a qualification is expected but not compulsory if the applicant's experience in the industry is longer than 1 year managing retail stores.
