Koala NZ Ltd. a newly established subsidiary of a UK financial group.
Koala NZ is responsible for providing high-quality backstage support and services to the group’s clients scattered in the Europe and Asia-Pacific Region. Our contact centre plays a key role within our business, being the first point of contact at the start of our customer’s journey.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates for a full-time position to start in 2021. Several positions are available. Important stuff to know – the call centre operates a 24/7 business, providing customers with a 24/7 service. Based in Blenheim, representatives work on a rotational roster. The main duties of this role are: Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with emergency services. Handling outbound calls to search for new business opportunities and boost sales. Respond to all inquiries from customers. Coping with customer complaints Liaising with after-hours technicians. Reporting to supervisor and manager about any problem and issue
To be successful in this role, you need: A passion for providing excellent Customer Service The ability to build great professional relationships. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Being resilient and having the ability to work under pressure. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Work ethics, no punctuality and attendance issues. Being flexible to cover extra shifts when required
Be an excellent communicator, fluent and clear communication in English is a must,
Mandarin is an extra but not necessary.
Be computer literate
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Some experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment is preferred.
