With a retirement village and aged care hospital on-site, we are seeking a full time and experienced Maintenance Person who has a warm and friendly approach, an eye for detail and has the skills to ensure our site is well-maintained.

Experience in a similar maintenance role, or trade qualification/experience such as building construction, electrical or plumbing work would be advantageous, however, not a pre-requisite.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks at one time are a must.
