We are currently seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Technician to join our small team. Based at our Hamilton office you will be required to support our clients remotely and onsite. The successful candidate, needs to be able to hit the ground running ASAP, and will receive full training on the job as well as ongoing support and feedback to ensure that we do our best to help you achieve your career goals. Skill Required . Knowledge or experience in software and Hardware . Ideal candidate should have experience in system setup . Experience in installation of Network cables, Modem Configuration's and Multi network terminals . Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge . Managing Computer backup and Proven Troubleshooting skills . Remote Desktop Support Experience . Device management (Mobile phones, tablets, desktops, etc) . Knowledge of test documentation and initiative to learn new technology . Polished presentation and excellent communication skills . Qualification required : Bachelor degree, diploma in IT or above Required Overall Skills: .Multi-Tasking skills .Team Player .Excellent skills Applications for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
