The leading Take Away Restaurant in Hamilton with a history of more than 20 years. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager, Kitchen assistant, and sales coordinator to start the next chapter with us. Cafe Manager Relevant Business Management or related tertiary qualification would be preferred with at least 3 years of work experience Strong knowledge of customer service and ability to lead a team independently Manage the day to day operations of the café Recruit and train staff, manage rosters and hours to budget Ordering and managing stock Food handling according to the food safety standards Working with the chef to plan seasonal menus Planning and monitoring ingredients prices according to the budget Planning marketing strategy of the café, including promotional programs and other relevant activities if required (special functions, bookings, parties, setting specials and deals, etc) Conferring with the customers to assess their satisfaction with meal and service and maintain such level of satisfaction Work with the management to strive to provide continuous improvements for the running of the business LCQ (must)and Managers certificate (preferred)
