Job Description

As a Chef, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Kitchen. · Preparation, cooking, and presenting cuisine as per menu. · Planning and developing the menus and specials for the week. · Managing stock levels and taking actions as required. · Managing, supervising, and training kitchen staff. · Planning storage, usage, and wastage of bulk raw material used in the kitchen. · Ensuring food prepared in the kitchen is of the highest possible standards. · Dealing with food complaints efficiently · Implementing and ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety requirements. · Our ideal candidate must, Have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Be NZ Qualified Chef. Be prepared to work Late Nights and Weekends. Have No History of Drug use. Have No Convictions History
