Assistant Office Manager

Job Description

The Position requires someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in day to day management. You may have experience as an Office Assistant or have a proven ability to work under pressure. This is a unique opportunity and the role design can be flexible to fit the strengths and interests of the right candidates.

  • Responsibilities Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies
  • Manage the office by being the initial contact for inquiries screening, telephoning calls, providing an appropriate response
  • Monitor incoming mail and emails, responding where appropriate and forwarding to the Director or Manager
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data
  • Assist the Manager to coordinated hiring, training, monitoring the performance of staff
  • Help the Manager to Invoice clients and manage accounts payable
  • Assist manager to monitor cost, budgets, and resources

Skills or Requirements

Diploma in business or Management

Microsoft office experience and computer skills

Good verbal and written communication

Good work History
