Position Overview

The Bar Driver is responsible for ensuring all bar operations are run in accordance with Holey Moley policies and procedures, including: actively driving revenue, controlling labour and stock, supervising other bar staff, ensuring smooth operations of the venue and providing all visitors with the ultimate Holey Moley Experience.

Key Performance Expectations

The Bar Driver:

● Supervises bar staff on shift, ensuring they are following all Holey Moley policies and procedures, and delivering exceptional service to our guests

● Actively drives the team to reach daily revenue/ sales targets

● Provides training to staff in relation to bar operations

● Drives beverage promotions within the team to increase sales

● Ensures that all food and beverages provided to function guests meet the Holey Moley standards of quality and presentation

● Ensures that safety standards are adhered to at all times

● Provides information on Holey Moley products, services and offerings

● Controls stock and completes ordering of all food and beverage consumables

● Is responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the bar and creating new procedures to hold other accountable

● Ensures Caddy service is being successfully delivered to all areas, on every shift

● Organises and manages bar staff breaks

● Adheres to all Holey Moley policies and procedures on shift

● Receives and files delivery invoices in the appropriate area in the office

● Refers to the SMD (Shift Management Doc) before every shift, to understand shift targets, challenges, allocations and tasks

● Completes specific tasks assigned by managers Requirements:

● Proven ability to work autonomously but also within a team

● An Above & Beyond (A&B) attitude and positive mindset

● Demonstrated understanding and application of basic computer skills

● Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Proven ability to think on your feet and find solutions
