We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie that will be tasked with serving fresh and seasonal breakfast dishes and preparing our evening canapes. You will have have an eye for detail and enjoy working in an open kitchen environment where out guests have an opportunity to chat whilst relaxing in our breakfast lounge. You will be a dedicated service professional whom has strong customer service skills, a cheerful personality and love early mornings. The successful candidate will have at least three years experience in a similar environment (ala carte breakfast menu) with preference shown to those who have gained professional cookery qualifications level 4 or above. Minimum 30 hours per week, you must be available weekends.
