The Career Role:
Developing and reviewing policies and procedures of customer relations and goods and services provided.
Design and maintain the website to better deliver satisfaction to the customers
Providing direction and feedback to the appropriate department and to stakeholders.
Manage, motivate, and train staff providing customer services.
Plan and implement after-sales follow-ups and feedback to help repeat sales.
Liaising with external agents and corporate to maximize customer satisfaction.
Detailed analysis and necessary implementation to serve better customer engagement coming through online / phone calls Using a CRM system to update any activity with the customer.
Such other tasks as requested by the Manager which relates to the efficient running of the employer's business.
The skills we are looking for:
Trained Beauty Therapists or Beautician - New Zealand Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5)
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM, Accounting, and related systems including but not limited to All Orders, SuiteCRM, Outlook, Word, Excels, Magento and WooCommerce
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Assisting CEO In recruiting process
Managing relationships with key Accounts
Followup, plan and implement aftersales support and feedback for Key Accounts.
Liaise with international suppliers
