Key aspects of the role

• Processing loan applications, with a focus on approvals
• Meeting KPI’s individually and as a team
• Helping educate and inform customers about their loan applications
• Assisting our customers who may be struggling to make repayments
• Providing empathetic, solution-based customer service via phone, email and live chat

• Experience in sales, finance or customer service
• Ability to go above and beyond for the customer and proactively problem solve

Cash Converters is currently looking for likeminded individuals to join our welcoming office space in Lower Hutt!
