Duties of the successful applicant will include:
Calculating food costs and working within set cost parameters
Running the kitchen team Writing kitchen rosters Hiring & training new kitchen staff
Ensuring Food Control Plan is followed and all licence guidelines are adhered to
Working with front of house Manager to ensure smooth running of service between teams
Cabinet food preparation
General kitchen work
A minimum of 5 years in a head chef position
Be able to prepare food at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high standard
The ability be able to work well in a team environment
Passion for all things food!
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential, experience at a senior level is essential
Experience with prepping and creating awesome and innovative cabinet food
Have a high standard of hygiene and presentation
Have a positive attitude

As we are a 7 day a week business, the ability to work weekends is a must.
