Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

Dominos Hastings store is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager with some experience in management roles; to supervise, motivate and develop our employees while maintaining our high Domino's customer satisfaction and standards. The Assistant Manager will be expected to achieve operational excellence along with make line of customer orders. As the store is busy, you also need to prepare pizzas and knead dough, when required, to maintain prompt deliveries. The Assistant manager will be fully accountable for the store, Cash Control, Customer Service, Store cleanliness & organisation.

Anyone who is applying for this position MUST have at least one year experience in the fast food industry. You will have experience in the following;

1. Growing sales

2. Proven ability to smoothly run the fast food operations on day to day basis

3. Managing labour costs

4. Lead by example; uphold all Domino’s policies and standards

5. Comply with Food Safety regulations

6. Looking after stock control

7. Providing excellent customer service

8. Making sure there is always a high standard of product quality

Our candidate will have a great attitude and customer oriented personality. You will receive valuable training in the areas of leadership, coaching, Domino's Pizza Guiding Principles, personal responsibility, communication, and time management. It would be preferable if the applicant has previous experience in the pizza industry and must have at least being able to run a lunch and dinner shifts for longer than 1 year Also any management and food hygiene qualifications would be helpful in this role
