Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Auckland Construction Group Limited is currently looking for Construction Estimator.

Details as below: The role will be responsible for:

*assisting Project Manager in estimating time range

*calculating costs including materials and labor and other pre-contract duties

*providing a detailed schedule of quantities for tendering and construction administration

*Liaising with contractors, clients, and consultants *tracking post-contract cost control and administration

*reporting project processes to the Director

*providing feasibility cost advice To be successful you will have:

*Strong experience working with projects in the construction industry

*Have an eye for detail, be naturally inquisitive, and have the drive for constant improvement and growth

*At least 3+ years of experience in estimation

*Fluent English speaker essential with the second language

*Qualification relevant to Quantity Surveying

*Be efficient, professional, reliable, and most importantly down to earth

*High-level interpersonal communication skills inclusive of writing and verbal communication

*A proven ability as a team player

*Proven ability to organize own workload and cope with simultaneous demands

*The ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, on their own initiative, and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes

*Extensive knowledge and experience in using PlanSwift and Microsoft software applications

*Administrative experience in a multi-cultural environment
