Cafe Trainee Manager

Job Description

More than a café, the Community Café offers the community a means to support youth (through our social service agency), promote and support homegrown products, and provide a safe place for our community to thrive. We’re looking for Cafe Assistants to join our ever growing team and Auckland locations, to deliver exceptional customer service and who have a passion for their community.

Reporting to the Café Manager you will be responsible for working in our cafés;

  • helping to ensure the smooth operation of the café
  • providing exceptional customer service
  • creating coffees of the highest standard and serving meals and beverages
  • assisting with the planning and executing of functions and catering

The perfect person for this role would have these qualities;

The successful applicant must be flexible with hours. Experience in hospitality and coffee making is essential, along with a fantastic attitude and a love of people!
