Our clients come from all walks of life, and are all ages. They may have a permanent disability, be recovering from an accident, or preparing to age well at home. With shifts rostered across the Wairarapa area, the ability to be flexible with hours is important in this role.

What does a Support Worker do?

Our support workers are caring people with a commitment to providing the best possible support to our clients. Each client will have individual care requirements and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as personal care, food preparation, mobility or bowel/urinary continence care and ensure medication needs are met. You may also help our clients to participate in the community, undertake shopping for them or help them to take part in their hobbies.
