We ABM Constructions mainly from residential construction development. Now, we are urgently looking for Full Time experienced Painters (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) to join us. At least 2 years of related work experience.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Study plans and drawings
• Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces
• Selecting and preparing paints to the required colors by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives
• Applying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprays
• Hanging wallpaper, matching patterns, and trimming edges
• Cleaning equipment and work areas
• May repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal frames
• May lay and repair the wall and floor tiles.
• Maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures.
• Help prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs.
• Apply with rollers and brushes to fill in cracks.
• Reporting to the team leader and working as part of a team.
• Have experience in Painting work, including an understanding of different painting processes and equipment.
• Have knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
